Outrider Hobbies Responds to Battle Foam Lawsuit

Outrider Hobbies submitted a motion to the District Court of New Hampshire requesting either outright dismissal of the lawsuit brought by Battle Foam or moving the case to Arizona. The image below is from the motion. The supporting document attached to the motion  outlines why Arizona is a better location for the trial; witnesses are local New Hampshire is too far away and a burden for the defendant, most of Outriders business is in Arizona, etc.  One item that did strike me interesting was the defendant filed the motion “pro se.” The owner of Outrider Hobbies is representing himself.
