Palladium Books v. Trion Worlds Lawsuit Documents

Palladium Games, publishers of the “Rifts” role-playing game filed suit against Trion Worlds, publishers of the “Rift: Planes of Telara” MMORPG on May 7, 2010. Palladium argues that Trion is treading upon their “Rifts” trademark with the “Rift: Planes of Telara” name.

As usual, here are the court filings and I will be posting updates on the case as they occur. Most of the filings are rather dull supporting documentation, but I suggest you read the primary complaint at least.
