Kickstarter: Gaming Paper Adventures–65 Square Feet of Dungeon Map!
Gamingpaper.com has a new project up on Kickstarter for role-playing gamers. The new idea is “Gaming Paper Adventures.” GP created a massive, double-sided, 100 page dungeon map that you assemble yourself into a map…a really large map. Titled “The Citadel of Pain,” the map supports a module of the same name and several pending PDF adventures written by the likes of Wolfgang Bauer and Monte Cook, or you can just use it for your own campaign as dungeon tiles.
Looks like a great, low cost idea to instantly build dungeons. Click on the link below for more information on the project.

So the idea here is to produce a figure-scale map of the Citadel of Pain … back in the late 1970s we used a laminated A3 sheet and a grease pencil to draw up the rooms we had encounters in, and kept a large-scale map.
Still, they’re obviously serving a market need. But [old fart mode activated] are we encouraging people to use their imaginations enough? At what point do we start stifling freedom of thought by facilitating the delivery of predigested packaging?[old fart mode off]
