Palladium v. Trion Worlds Update: Mediation

The Palladium v. Trion World lawsuit took a surprise turn today with both parties filing a joint request to enter mediation. If approved, both parties avoid a trial. The judge has not signed off on the order yet, but since both defendant and plaintiff submitted the request, I think approval likely. The deadline for holding the mediation talks is November 19th, 2010, so a settlement is possible before then. I will keep you apprised.

Maybe I should read more carefully. I saw the title of this post and thought, “What now? What does Palladium want with TRON?”

Given the trial is due to start 10th Sep, would the mediation order automatically push it back to 19th Nov?
