Shure Has Amazing Customer Service

Normally this blog is about gaming, but I will make an exception. Two years ago, I bought a pair of Shure E2C headphones for my MP3 player. I abused them terribly at the gym and they died a couple of weeks ago. Rather than pay another $100.00 for a new pair( they are cheaper now), I sent them in for repair. The headphones were out of warranty by a couple of weeks.

Shure sent me a new pair, no questions asked.

I was stunned by the level of customer service and thought I would share it with my readership. The headphones are also an order of magnitude better than the crap that comes with most MP3 players.  Worth every penny, in my opinion.
