CPSIA Enforcement Stayed for One Year

Some sanity crept into our government on Friday when the onerous CPSIA was stayed for a year! Although great news, it is far from the end of the story. Unless major changes arrive in the next year, game and toy companies face serious financial consequences from this legislation.
