Dust Transferred to Fantasy Flight Games by AEG

So says a press release I received today. I will post more when I get to a real keyboard.
Update: Essentially all of the Dust games like “Mad Zeppelin” and “Dust Tactics” are now Fantasy Flights. Fantasy Flight will be handling them from this point forward and will be presenting and running these games at Gen Con 2010.

I don’t think that there was a sale involved. Dust Games is an independent company and I think that all that has happened is that AEG transferred their distribution and partnership rights to the titles.
You are correct. I made an assumption and the press release never really says “sold.” I have updated the post. That said, I wonder what sort of arrangement was worked out between the three players?
