Gen Con Bankruptcy Update

This is something of formality, but I thought everyone might like to know that the Gen Con bankruptcy is now over. Strictly speaking the main part of the bankruptcy completed several months ago, but there were some small issues, minor debts and various other items that kept the bankruptcy filing open. I am happy to report that as of June 23, 2009, the Gen Con bankruptcy case is closed.  The judge signed it and it was filed with the court, so there is no longer a legal cloud lingering over Gen Con.

For my part, I am just happy that the folks at Gen Con can get back to producing conventions and not fighting hostile takeovers. I hope that you found my coverage and research of the Gen Con issue useful, accurate  and balanced.

Yes, I did find your coverage useful. I found Livingdice specifically due to the bankruptcy reporting that you were doing, and now I try and check the site a couple of times a week for the other articles you put together.
